Sadie Amara Calvano, an American actress, best known for playing Violet Plunkett on the CBS sitcom "Mom", has gained some fame. Calvano was born in California and was first attracted to gymnastics. She decided, later on to pursue a career path in acting. In an episode of CBS's show "NCIS" her debut came in the year 2010. The actress made her debut on the big screen one year later on the Biographical Drama film "J Edgar". She became one of the top young actors to be seen throughout the decades. She won nominated for the Young Artist Award, Best performance by a Young Actress on a TV Series for her part in "NCIS". In 2013, her role as a guest on the comedy series 'Kickin The 'It'' received her nomination again for the Young Artist Award. Calvano was one of the principal cast members of the show's the first three seasons. She also appeared in several episodes of the final season. She won the Gracie Allen Award in 2015 for the Best Female Actor - Rising Star due to her performance in the show 'Mom'.
